Pumpkin Spice Cookies

This popular seasonal cookie is easy to enjoy year ‘round. Don’t be shy to satisfy your craving, even when it’s hot out!

1 pouch of Mom’s Modern Mixes Cookie Master Mix
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (store bought or homemade, recipe follows)

Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground clove
1/4 tsp ground ginger


Cookie Directions
1. Pour your Mom’s Modern Mixes Cookie Master Mix into a mixing bowl.
2. Add the canned pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
3. Mix until fully combined.
4. Drop level tablespoonfuls onto a foil lined baking sheet for about 3 dozen cookies, or stack 2 level tablespoonfuls on each other for about 17 monster cookies. Leave 2 inches between cookies.
5. Bake at 350° for 11 to 14 minutes.

Pumpkin Pie Spice
Add ingredients directly to the cookie dough.

Recipe Tips

Measure 1/2 cup pumpkin puree if using canned pumpkin, or 1/3 cup if using homemade. Canned pumpkin is lower in moisture than many homemade purees.

Roll the soft dough balls in cinnamon sugar before baking for a delicious Pumpkin Snickerdoodle cookie.
